At Essential, our emphasis is to, where possible, train and promote from within. Our entire HR, training as well as operational team of managers are all from previously disadvantaged communities.
Our training management do on site assessments of service levels and the requisite skills of the staff allocated to the site at intervals agreed upon with our clients. These onsite assessments are done and the results recorded and uploaded to the employee file. All training records for each staff member on site will be made available through the client portal.
If the review shows that it is required, follow up dates are scheduled.
If an area manager detects any non-conformances due to a lack of training, this can be flagged in his inspection and will only be removed when the training manager has followed up with a new assessment.
