OUR EMPLOYEES

Essential Cleaning has its own training centre. Our training course modules have been
compiled in association with an accredited services seta training authority.

After the 1st interview, prospective employees must attend a 5 day training course,
once completed, they must successfully pass the exam and practical training. Once the
required pass rate has been achieved they undergo a 2nd interview and only then are
they placed within the company.

Where possible employees are given the required skills and developed to become
supervisors or in some case, managers.
